1st cycle no side effects

Hey everyone,
Just started my 1st cycle 3 Weeks ago,
Test eth. @ 300mg. Twice a week
Tren eth. @ 200Mg. Twice a week.

My question is would this be a good cutting cycle?
I seem to be gaining rather than cutting.


Any help is appreciated.
 
cutting all comes down to your diet , if u wanna cut up u need to be in a caloric deficit not surplus , the gear will help you maintain muscle while cutting and maybe even gain some , but its all in your eating
 
Well its a little late but tren in your 1st cycle isn't a good idea. And yes gains are completely diet related. But with your 1st cycle and those drugs you could do about anything you wanted if you know how to work your body correctly.

Do you have a decent diet that would allow me to do this
While stil keeping my protein intake high?

no problem , i dont have an actual plan for you , but try eating around 3000 calories and a High preotein intake , go for 2g or protein for every pound u weigh . Watch your calories and keep weighing yourself . @ 3000 calories a day and a high protein intake u will probably lose a bit of weight if u r weight training . As long as u have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to keep the water weight down from bloat u can accurately assess how much u are gaining and losing . My best advice is to keep looking at the scale and closely moniter your weight if its going up and down to see how much u need to eat . i personaly dont calculate my calories every day . i know how much to eat to not drop weight and how much to eat if i want to put weight on .
 
try to calculate what u weight and multipy it by 2 . So if u weight 200lb , u want to be eating as close as possible to 400 grams of preotein a day if u can . Those 400grams of preotein can come froms whereever u want , preferably a less fatty food ... but check the amount of calories in the food u are getting the protein from and add them all up , if u are still not at your daily 3000 calories then make up for the rest with some good complex carbs . just giving u an idea on how to divide ur preotein and carbs , u may also want to incorporate some cardio into your routine . Consider as well if u are not using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ... u are going to gain some water weight , so it can be hard to tell how much u realy weigh . but water weight will go away after cycle /

Well this all depends on your current stats. Height, weight, bf %. If you are less than 15% bf then you could keep carbs up as long as you eat clean. If you are over 15% you shouldn't be doing this cycle but i would def keep my carbs and fat low. Consistent cardio/clean diet and you will lost bf. The one fancy has is a good basic outline but everybody is different.
 
week 9 running test e 400mg. every 3rd day. & tren e 400mg. every 3rd day.

Keepung my weight @ 250. Dropped 2 pants sizes. Still dont seem to be cutting up like i.wanted to... I run, 3 miles eod. Then mild wights on chest arm &abs eod.?
 
This is not a cutting cycle but its great for bulk and yeah you shouldnt have used tren if its your first cycle
