1st cycle planning. Does this look ok?

I'm planning on my first cycle in a few weeks from now. I have it planned as a 6 week cycle on test prop. I should be getting my baseline blood test next week. I'll be doing the female hormone panel tests. So far I have put this plan together and wanted some advice if I should make some tweaks

wk 1-6 test prop @ 125mg eod
wk 1-6 Aromasin @ 6.25mg ed
mid cycle blood test @ week 3

PCT
wk1-4 nolva 20/20/20/20
wk1-3 clomid 50/50/50
post pct blood test 6 weeks after last dose of nolva

Stats:
5'4"
138lbs
32 years old and have been training for about 10 years.
I would guess around 15% bf

I have attached a current picture of myself.
100% natty at the moment.

Does this look ok? I'm trying to come down a little more in the body fat but is there any other changes I should make?
 
You need hCG in there while on cycle.

If going with prop I would go at 8 weeks. Stopping at 6 will suck because that is when things are just getting good!

Most guys don't go with prop their first cycle due to the more frequent pinning. Have you considered a longer ester?

Run the clomid for 4 weeks too.

Watch symptoms. You may need more AI.

What are your goals for this cycle?
 
I've heard conflicting arguments for using hcg for shorter cycles such as a 6 weeker. I will definitely add it though if needed. My goals for this cycle is to put on lean mass. I've been eating super clean for about 2 months in preparation for this. Most of what I've read about test prop seem to say that 6 weeks is sufficient due to it's fast acting properties whereas with the longer estered test cycles benefit from the longer 8-10 week cycles.
 
IMOP I don't think anyone is going to build much LMM during a 6 week period. No time for the synergism of everything it takes to build mass. A quick weight gain is all I see. If there was already a history of building with AAS and the synthesis it provides with protein to make muscle then yes maybe. If this being a short cycle in a sequence and series of cycles.

It could in this instance judging by the picture , help to metabolize some body fat considering the diet along with a hardening effect of what mass is there already. But not enough time to build significant mass.

When you say all you can see is a quick weight gain, do you mean water weight or modest lmm gains? I would hope to be able to keep anything I gained when I come off as well.

Also, is HCG necessary for a 6 week cycle?

I don't think I read that it was detrimental, but more along the lines of it not being necessary since testicular atrophy would be minimal at just 6 weeks on.
 
They say first cycle=best cycle. I encourage you to run it 8 weeks.

Kudos for doing your research and not starting your cycle off improperly and then coming to ask for advice. Listen to Mega.

OK we have sort of two discussions going on here. One on the use of hcg and that I have NO input. The other that I am addressing is the short cycle. You keep saying things like "I'm not expecting to make monstrous gains in 6 weeks" and the reality is you don't make monstrous gains on one cycle even 12 weeks.

Yes I mean water weight and also that you will have not enough time to build GROW LMM. Read closely my last paragraph. So maybe we're into semantics now and I'll leave it there. Good luck

hCG is never required on a cycle. It is just up to you if having your Leydig cells atrophy is a good thing or not. They will atrophy in 6 weeks. I personally would spend a few dollars to prevent this, but I get it that some guys are looking to save a buck.
 
Guys, If he is looking to cut why not got to a Test E, Primo, EQ cycle with Adex EOD maybe .50 and HCG .250IU twice a week. for 10 week then PCT with Nolva and Clomid? just wondering what your thoughts would be...

Because it's his first cycle. First cycle should be test only.
 
1) :/ no 1 become monster on test prop even in 16week cycle bro.... even you run test e dbol whtever...
2) its your 1st cycle imo what ever you take give you best result choose carefully...
3) 100mg eod is sufficent ... im on my 4 cycle and still running test 100mg eod (test prop only)
4) what your goal ? if you want get lean i prefer test prop 100eod and 40mg (mild dose )anavar for 1 to 6 week and test prop for 1 to 10 or 12 week
5) i took hcg after cycle,,sometime between cycle .. whenever i feel i dont get result on ass... cuz of gyno problem i dont have much but still i have lil bit... runnig hcg in cycle cuz gyno increase as well if you have some
