I'm starting my 1st cycle in 2 weeks and am trying to put together a good routine. I'll be on for 10 weeks and think I can dedicate 5-7 days at the gym and maybe some 2 a days on my days off. My schedule is never consistent and I might miss a day here and there but want to be able to jump right back into it. I looked at the 5x5 but want to train more than 3 times a week. All suggestions will be appreciated.
