1st cycle suggestions or tips

Another first timer here, so let me just spit out the facts.

Was 200lbs months ago but had a high body fat around 26% or more.

Started doing a lot of cardio until i got down to 160lbs and started to look too small.

Now I've started weight training to put the weight back on but as lean mass not the fat junk i had b4 (about three months in now in the lifting process).

1. Now I'm taking protein iso in the morning along with a banana & toast with peanut butter.

2. lunch i eat a couple of flat baked pitta pizzas loaded with ham and chicken breast and a handful veggies along with cottage cheese and a bunch of fruit.

3. after work (5pmish) I have another protein drink then do about 15 mins of cardio then hit the weights after; my total gym time is about 2 or 3 hours then another protein drink and straight home where i have the same thing i had for lunch pretty much, "switch it up with salmon or a couple baked sweet potatoes" and eat a ton of fruits and veggies.

I'm 32

what would you guys suggest?

Deca 300mg wk 1-10

Or

WK 1-4 30mg DBOL ED
WK 2-9 600mg Test Ethn. (300mg twice a week)
WK 3-9 20mg Nolvadex ED
WK 11-12 Clomid


open to all suggestions or tips including needles.

It sounds like you are fairly new to lifting. With those measurements you are either new or need some time to figure out how to lift and eat better. 14 inch arms and 37 chest is tiny man. I'm not being a dick i'm just saying make sure you do have the diet figured out and you know how to lift right otherwise dope would be a waste.

As far as a cycle goes, personally I would just do a basic testosterone cycle for 12 weeks with 500mg of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) a week and toremifeme for post cycle therapy (pct). This is first cycle right?

How long you been lifting.

You said you just started taking protein. Makes me think you are new to this. If you have been lifting for less than a year give some more time. Build up a better base, get arms to 16 inches or so. Just get them bigger. Take some creatine, good MVI, through in some glutamine and maybe some BCAAs. Ride that until a better foundation is there.

Yes I'm new to lifting - don't worry i took no offense to being called tiny, yes I'm less then a year in, I've only been lifting for about 3 months, I seriously appreciate the advice.

you think i should do a basic testosterone cycle for 12 weeks with 500mg of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) a week and toremifeme for pct, right now; or wait until I get a better base ie. 16" to 18" arms and a bigger chest?
 
Dude, try to get to Atleast 13% bf before messing wit gear. I wont comment on your choice of chemicals, but thats a bit much for a noob
 
I don't think you need to cycle yet. Get some blood work done make sure
everything is g2g. Then start training. You should have years of natural gains to come without gear given the measurements you provided. Make it easy on yourself and learn how to eat and train to be in alignment with your goals.
 
Thanks for the advice, it wasn't takin' lightly; I've got a lot more work before i take anything. "dammit no magic pills"*shakes fist in air*

Yea give it some more time, make sure you can be consistent. Get the diet dialed in. Set a goal to lose some fat, if you can't do that then you do not have the diet issues taken care of. You have to learn your body and how it responds to food and exercise. The better you know this the more results you will get from lifting and when and if you add in dope.

I know the desire to get some results quick. Still, give yourself at least a year. Have to be consistent.

Good to see your stats up... ill check for more updates, I did a pretty dirty bulk but am gonna cut to about 190 then try my luck
