1st Cycle Test E- 1 advice question

Hey guys, new to this board cause I couldnt get a real answer from another board. This is my first inject cycle, I used Winstrol (winny) once before and got great results.. got down to about 9%BF on the bodpod and looked my best ever. I know how to train and eat. Im mentally ready to inject. Physically as well... I am about 5'11 185 at about 11%BF now. I still look pretty cut and feel good, but I want to take the next step.

Cycle-

Low dose testEnanthate-12wks
400mg/wk @ 2 shots per week
.25mg arimidex @ one EOD or ED if needed
last 3-4 weeks of the cycle on 50mgED Winstrol

I know the supplements I need for the Winstrol (winny) and the test. I know how I have to eat and I know I have to train my ass off. What I want to know... is for a guy like me, what would my best post cycle therapy (pct) be. What I have in my "shopping cart" right now is Nolva. I would start it 2 weeks after my last pin and continue for 4 weeks.

question 1- what is the best dosing for the nolva ONLY post cycle therapy (pct) for 4 weeks?

question 2- If nolva only is NOT the right post cycle therapy (pct), what would you prescribe? I HAVE done the research, some say nothing more than nolva is needed for this cycle, some say you need nolva and clomid. If I could have some real advice, and maybe past use advice I would really appreciate it.

sorry all, also meant to mention, I DID read the PCT sticky at the top and that was probably the best info I have gotten so far. However, what I am looking for is more user info. I promise you guys I've done my research, Ive been a lurker for a looong time.

I just do 50 mgs of Clomid for 4 weeks, works fine.

Bump your test to 500 mgs a week.

I would also drop the winstrol.
If you wanted, kickstart with dbol or prop for first 4 weeks(not necessary but better idea then the winstrol)

Winny just dries you out. If you want to be cut up do a test only cycle. Calories a little over maintenance, high reps lower weights more sets, and do cardio. I'd run clomid and nolva for pct but that's just me and have aromasin on hand for gyno.

Sorry, knew I'd forget something. I am 25 years old. I have redone my "shopping cart." I have a full 12 weeks worth of TestE.

Now I have switched to have aromasin instead of the adex and Clomid instead of the nolva.

So now the cycle looks like this.

12 wks TestE at 400mg/wk (2 pins/wk)

12.5 mg aromasin if necessary.. enough for the whole cycle is in my cart.

PCT is 50mg Clomid ED for 4-5 weeks.

Anyone ever had bad experiences with the clomid before? I got rid of the Winstrol (winny), I like the sound of cutting up on testE only. I have the Winstrol (winny) but would rather not use it.

What is the most common/fastest happening effect of gyno, or when should the aromasin start being ingested. Or should I just take it the whole cycle to kill the bloat?

Go 500mgs a week its a standard solid first dose run and has been proven very effective, 3 weeks before you start post cycle therapy (pct) with that long ester, and I prefer the standard nolva/ clomid combo once again proven effective for that cycle, with everything their are possibility of sides during post cycle therapy (pct) but push through its only 30! Days, and no I personally have no feedback on stealth

Oh ya aromasin, if you feel super bloated, itchy nipples, all around feeling of blah then go for it but I doubt you will need it unless your prone, and that's the right dose to take you can adjust if symptoms become severe.

I am currently running 500mg/wk test e myself. Along with it I take 12.5mg/ED of aromasin and 500iu/wk HCG. For my post cycle therapy (pct) I will continue to take the aromasin 12.5mg/ED along with nolva and clomid. The dosage for each will look like this:

Wk 1 and 2 of post cycle therapy (pct):
40mg nolva ED
50mg clomid ED
12.5mg aromasin ED
Wk 3 and 4 of post cycle therapy (pct):
20mg nolva ED
50mg clomid ED
12.5mg aromasin ED

You do not want to take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during post cycle therapy (pct) because it is also supressive.

Brooklyn002. Yes you do. You should read the post cycle therapy (pct) advice post on the main page. It's really helpful.

On another note are these post cycle therapy (pct) drugs legal. There seems to be countless places to buy online, but then again there are countless places to buy steroids online. Should I be getting these drugs from my source?

They guy I'm getting my steds from is a good mate who knows a source, he's recently used himself and has packed size on so I assume they are good. However he has no post cycle therapy (pct) plan, or any ancillary drugs at hand. Muppet. So would it be a good sign if I could get post cycle therapy (pct) drugs from him? Or should I be looking elsewhere?

We have all ran this exact cycle plenty of times.

Start a training journal, before after pics are great for others that will be following you in your footsteps. plus a great way to reflect on your goals.

before you buy that stealth stuff, get some reviews on what your buying. I have never heard a good review on stealth.

Sounds good... question about keeping my oil. I am getting stealth so it will be in a satchel... once I pull it into a syringe. Can I leave it in there and just inject the amount that I want. Take the needle off and then store it. Next pin same syringe new needle?

Ya bro don't worry that's a safe and effective cycle like just said its standard first cycle, run into problems just give a shout out, but my guess is you will be fine eat good sleep good don't overtrain keep the protein up, and ya I have no feedback on stealth z is running some killer deals, ,,just saying
