Hi all and firstly thanks to the members for posting such informative articles. My first cycle looks like this
Week 1-12: 500mg Test Cypionate(Two pins on Mon/Thurs of 250mg)
Week 1-18 12.5mg Aromasin ED
Week 13 after last pin only running Aromasin alone for 10 days.
Week 15-16 first day 100mg clomid 40mg Nolva, then 50mg clomid 40mg Nolva ED
Week 17-18 clomid 50mg Nolva 20 mg ED.
Note here im thinking of a 10 week cycle. Ive read numerous articles on the site that the best gains come in weeks 6-9 so i didn't see much point in going any further. My goal has always been to be as lean as possible with some meat on my arms, chest legs etc. Im aiming for a Kirk Miller look.
Current stats
Height 5ft 7
Weight 12 Stone
Body Fat is being measured on the 30th of this month.
Im also thinking of running 6 months of HGH. Not just for its physique shaping properties but ive been reading into its bone healing qualities. This will be 2 IU in the mornings and 2 after training.
Supplements im currently taking
PHD protein shakes
High potency Multi Vitamins
Glucosamine
Diet has always been in check whenever i have been training. I alternate morning meals which are 2 yolk 6 egg white omelets with 2 tins of tuna with 1 slice of wholemeal bread and on the odd occasion if time is limited i have a protein shake as a meal replacement. Snacks are tuna/salmon rocket/spinach salads. Dinner alternates between Chicken/Turkey/Salmon/Cod/Smoked Haddock with all green veg/50-100grams of wholemeal rice.
Post workout shake
Evening meal is the same as dinner without the brown rice.
