I started a thread for this a while back and forgot - apologies. Ready to go now. Have everything on hand - as follows:
Week 1-10:
500mg/wk Test E (Bayer/Schering Testoviron Amps)

Week 12-15:
20mg Nolva PCT

-5 liter H2O daily min

0700 :
5oz Albacore tuna
3oz Smoked Herring
1cup steel cut oats
2cups OJ
11oz low sodium v8

1000 :
1cup instant oatmeal (i know)
5oz tuna
megamen sport vit pack

1100 Workout


1200 Post-WO:
Chef Jays PB protein bar

1330 :
10oz Chicken
2cup baby spinach salad
~20 almonds

1530 :
5oz tuna
~20 almonds

1730 :
8oz baked Pork/Chicken
3cup spinach
1 large sweet potato w/ cant believe its not butter

2130 :
6oz sirloin/ribeye steak

Everything looks good man! That's a lot of seafood in that diet lol. I can't eat that much seafood. I like my lean (96/4) beef and chicken. That's a good diet you got going on. Do you not like egg whites? It's one of the best sources for protein. Anyways, good luck on your first pin...you'll be a changed man lol.....don't forget to aspirate.

@stump: Yeah, the seafood is most prevalent because it's convenient - only concern is the mercury in the tuna. But, you can probably guess its' weird choking down canned fish at 730am! Definitely not that enjoyable of a breakfast lol. I just don't have a lot of time in the mornings to cook, although I do eat eggs from time to time. Yeah tomm morning is first pin. Going to do Mon and Thurs mornings. Thanks for the well wishes. Be back tomm!
 
Pin 1 in the books this morning. Only hitch was getting the thick oil drawn, took several attempts to get it all out of the amp. I guess I'll warm it up a bit more next time? Only slightly sore. This should be good to follow. I plan on doing same thing except I will add Aromasin, Proviron during cycle. Good luck, Get BIG.
 
Pin 2 in the books. Felt strong today for some reason. Chest, was able to a bit more than usual.. Maybe just motivation I dunno. Cant be the gear yet, right?
 
Sorry for the delay! Pins 3 and 4 down. Had to ditch an amp because when trying to pop the top i crushed the top, sending glass into the oil. Was PISSED. Anyway, I have gained appx 6 lbs, now at 213. I have been eating like a madman though, so that's expected. I am starting to sense some gyno issues, as Im starting to get occasional itching now. I'm thinking of starting my nolva at 20mg/day if it continues. Anyone have experience with this? Would waiting on the nolva until i see a visual change be OK? On another note, this gear is serious. Feeling incredible!
 
Pins all going smooth. Think ill post my strength gains, as they are starting to come around even only after 5 pins. Today I did military barbell presses w/ 185 for 13 reps. Then 205 for 9 and finally 225 for 6. Prob could have pushed it a bit but didn't have a spot today. This is all about ten pounds more than before I started. Staying around 213lbs. Kind of catching myself cheating on the diet as well. Can anyone provide some insight as to the quesion in bold above this post? The itching has subsided but I'm not sure what to expect when it comes to gyno. I've read other threads but none really answered my question.
