2 Months Off training. TRT Help?

So i injured my ribs and am taking 2 months off.My diet is MEH im just enjoying time off.Im wondering how much progress i will lose?

if i was benching 160lbs for 4 sets 7 reps,when i go back think i will be able to do 125lbs for 4 sets 8 reps? more?less?

my cardio was 30minutes 1 percent incline 1 min 6.3mph 2 min 8.3mph. When i go back think i can do 1min30sec 5.5 and 2 min 7.5 for 31:30? more or less?

i was taking 210mg cyp weekly however since i am not training im just doing 105mg a week.im wondering if the test will help me retaing some strangth and muscle on the layoff?

Why do you keep messing with your dosages? You're NOT cycling, this is intended to keep your testosterone levels at a steady even level. If you were at reasonable levels with 210mg of test a week, STAY THERE - you don't just taper down because you're not working out. That would be like a 17 year old removing a testicle because he sprained his ankle. :P

Awesome analogy! :-)

Wait a minute...you were using 210mg of cyp weekly and you "were" benching 160lbs for sets of 7?? Folks.... I smell something here........ I gotta ask this question.TRTony.... Just how DID you break your ribs??? (I got my popcorn and diet pop ready for this one...)

:)

so did i hurt myself? its also a money issue as well. i was told it was ok to dose in half if im not training as one of the reasons i started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was because i was too lethargic to train but i cant train now anyway

but as far as my strenth goes...if i was doing 160 for 7 reps when i get back will i still be able to do 125 for 8 reps?

Dude - who knows. Don't worry about it though. You will have "muscle memory" and it will come back quick. Don't be retarded though and cut your dose of T in half. You are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), not a cycle as previously pointed out with a beautiful analogy.

How Bad Will I Be After 2 Months Off?

anyway any advice will be appreciated.

if you were benching 160 for 4 sets of 7, you don't have much to lose anyways. unless you're a midget. i'm strongly inclined to tell you to totally drop the cardio, but i don't know what your goals are. what are your stats and goals? it also depends on how long you've beend training. if you've been lifting for 3 months then take 2 months off, yes you will lose all progress. if you've been training for ten years and have a 600 pound bench, 900 pound squat and 1000 pound deadlift, 2 months off ain't gonna hurt much. seriously though, how big are you, how long have you been training and what are your end state goals?

I think he meant he was benching 160 lb DUMBELLS.
I hope the ribs get better so u can get bac to really slinging that iron.....

Better then me taking a year off and trying to get back. But two months if you get back on a good diet you should be able to get back to where you where in a couple months at most.

just said 160lbs bro, never mentioned dumbbells. when someone says bench i think bench, not variants.

Sry i forgot about this. So cardio wise. 2.5 months off. If i was running at say 8.ph for 30 min. Think i can still do 7.5 for 30?
