I am currently reading arnolds encylopedia, he recomends getting in the gym 6 days a week and i love that idea. I am a hardhainer (ectomorph). what do you think will beinfit me more a 3 day split such as- Day 1- back, chest. Day 2 - shoulders, arms. Day 3- thighs, calves, lower back. or a 2 day split which i like because im working the muscles once more a week, like this Day 1- chest,back,thighs calves. Day 2- shoulders, lower back, arms. the 3 day split is repeated twice a week and the 2 day three times a week. has any hardgainer out there had any sucess with one more than the other?
