1. - is it supposed to look like milk ??

2. mine came unsealed, it is full but not sealed nonetheless. Everything else I ordered came sealed

Yep...milky lookin..tastes nasty..but effective...also, it will seperate more then likely, so be sure to shake weel before using..

And I have ordered a ton of stuff from him, and i have gotten un sealed bottles also..probably due to the amount of stuff he has to push out to customers..in a rush type thing...
