I just wanted to put this up because if you have a trainer then i don't want to step on their cardio advice or diet,
BUT
No tanning after about tuesday the last week.
See what happens is when you tan you are basically causing trauma to your skin. When you do this the body pulls water into your skin, Which is not what you want. So tan as much as you want now but stop it 4 or 5 days before. Also just so you know Shaving does the same thing so be careful how close you shave prior. I wouldn't shave after Wednesday personally and the would only use Clippers to clean up.
