20-year old thinking about cycling.

Hey everyone,

So I am here to get some input from everybody. First off, I'm 20 years old and I have been lifting for about 2 years now. Over the past few months I have been seriously considering going on my first cycle, the reason? Over the past 2 years I've only been able to gain 4 pounds of muscle, and this is from following a strict and consistent diet and lifting 4 times a week minimum. I have become drawn to steroids because a few months back I went in to get my testosterone levels checked and I clocked in at 287ng/dL. To give you a reference, this is the average test levels for a 70-year old male. Unfortunately, even though it is extremely low for my age it's not LOW enough to warrant treatment. So this is why I have been highly considering doing a cycle.

And I have already planned a cycle plan too if you guys can take a look at it:

10 Week Plan

Week 1-10 500mg/week Test E
Week 1-5 30mg Dbol daily
Week 5-10 HCG 500ui
Week 1-10 Arimidex 1mg per day

PCT (4 Weeks):
Week 11-14 Nolvadex 75/50/50/50
Week 11-14 Clomid 50/50/25/25

Hey everyone thanks for the responses. I fully aware of the long-term physical risks and complications that could come with the use of AAS. Then again, I look at my test results and feel as though this is really my only option to essentially get to where I want to be physically and athletically. I have been working with an endocrinologist over the past year to resolve my low testosterone which included changing my diet which I am currently at eating 2700 calories a day 240 carbs/ 185 protein/ 70 fat. And even with my blood tests back, my endo is still unwilling to prescribe any treatment plans for me.

I don't know, I just feel so discouraged because I know I put in much more effort than most people in preparation of my diet and routine and yet I know that I will never be able to be on par with them in terms of gains. At the rate I'm going I would be 40 years old by the time I begin to look like any natural individual at my age.

I would certainly think that a decent Doc would be able to diagnose the physiological reason that you have such low test at your age.

If they can't jump start your natural test then I could see reason to go on a TRT dose to get you back into a healthy range for your age, but I would wait to cycle yet if at all possible.

You will be shocked at the gains you will make just with that TRT bump!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Damn right.

I m sorry for my curt reply but my weight belt s older than you and seriously I was pounding d bol in High School and until trt 8-9 ?? year s ago I was a f k n mess..addicted to adrenaline and worked with heavy weaponary so...

U ll get yourself unfucked and right but DO NOT RUSH this son. I m 33 yr s older than you and got more injury scar s than u have fond memorie s.
Life s about making memorie s and the gym though integral to US TYPE S IS NOT everything..THIS TOO WILL BE SQUARE. Don t dwell; take time and the right step s and get well.

So you need to push those calories up to 4000 and your protein up to around 300 grams a day try that for six months. At your age that will be enough to make you happy. You should be able to put on 20-40 pounds naturally if you can get the diet worked out.

FYI that's what it will take on cycle to make gains that last.

I had your same problem at 18 and it become also worse to don't keep ereftions and endocrinologist gave me viagra instead of resolve the problem from basic, everybody also blamed eat more eat more, the truth was that putting me on test my weight mood and everything went up even reducing food etc I just give you my experience don't listen too much people here if they didn't went trough same route, everybody thinks that young people if jump on cycle are all kids, it's not like that depends case by case.

I gotta laugh, not at you OP, but as with Teut my weight belt, leather, is 37 years old ...Ah ha

AND as was said by DPR you need to force feed up to 4000 calories. I am an ectomorph of all ecto's . I thought I couldn't gain and learned how to add milk shakes and sandwiches to eat every 2 to 2-1/2 hours.

Eat and train for the next few years and learn how to eat as you learn how to train better. It is a long haul. Ask the guys who look good to you with Muscle mass and ask them how long they've been training. ... several years.

Good luck

wait till age 25+, your levels may be up by then and development mostly stops in males around this age. by going on hrt now you void any chance of being normal without needing injections weekly for rest of life.
even with normal test levels I would rec waiting till this age, but especially with low levels which may be related to development.

To OP:
Didn't notice your Weight or BF% currently.
Cause at your Age, unless you've been doing some Serious Street or Prescription Drugs.
You shouldn't have a Total Test @ 287 Ng/dl.

Your Endo is unwilling to prescribe for a reason that you aren't sharing with us.
Cause I'm positive, He told you why he wouldn't put you on TRT........................... JP
P.S.
Even in the Worst Shape of my Life, my Total Test was in the Mid 400's.
And I was in my Late 40's at the time, and on Pain Meds.

Lol I wrote a long post and accidentally deleted it but what I was trying to say was get a hpta restart done through your endo or a trt sponsor on here. A hpta restart usually involves nolvadex, clomid, and hcg but everywhere does it kind of different.
