20lbs in 7 days?!?!

Wrestling

Yes 10lbs in one week is possible. I've done it when I was wrestling and I was 17. Now at 37 my metabolism has slowed down and it's not as easy to lose weight even working out 5 days a week and dieting and at home I'm always busy doing projects instead of sitting on the couch.

I think it is not difficult to loss 20lbs in 7 days, any one achieve this goal with little efforts and determination. Exercise and and diet both are help full for to loss such weight in seven days.

Did the article specify what type of diet was used? On a CKD/Keto diet it is possible for the scale to falsely read 5-20lbs lighter due to glycogen stores being depleted, and in turn reducing the amount of water in the muscles. A larger person will seem to "lose" more weight since their muscles are bigger (more room for glycogen/water) than a smaller person (less room for glygocen/water.) So either body composition isn't taken into account, or the weight loss is coming from the wrong places.

There probably a reason the article went missing. Not a good idea, especially if you plan on keeping the weight off after.
