Want some serious info here. I am 22 years old 5'10 weigh 180 prob around 15% body fat. Now i have done a Test E cycle in the past, 12 weeks all correct and got great gains from it this was when I was 20 (mistake I believe but was a good cycle). Now last year I got sick and lost a good amount of gains from it. Been training my ass off and really cant get back to that level of course. I know 22 is still young but was considering if in the next 6 months to do another strictly test e cycle. I just want some advise i know effects can be different each cycle but at this point is it really as much of a risk as my first cycle.

Thanks for any help it is appreciated.

youre inability to keep your gains from your first cycle was due to a poor diet and possibly a lack of training routine likely..

so youre too young to run a cycle in the first place.. you made a bad choice running one at 20... and from the sounds of it you dont know the correct compound and nutritional knowledge to support your decision to use gear..

just my 2 cents.. stay away from the gear and focus on your diet and training... without having those two right and the dedication to stay on point gear is useless

To be completely honest I have a great diet, very clean, eating around 6 meals a day correc portion grilled chicken, carbs as well as vegetables. Inability was really because the state I was in at that time in college still partying and i agree that was a mistake completely. Now I have much more of a focus on my training in the gym 6 times a week. My real question was are still all the same risks associated even though i have already done a cycle and were able to bounce back fine afterwords.

I believe he makes a strong point . try to build yourself up first a strong and steady routine . and become well informed about eating and nutrition as that's what is truely feeding and making the body grow . You will never have one without the other . also in prder to maintain mass u need to be eating the right amount of calories to support the mass u have gained . if u eat 3000 calories to maintain a physique normaly and then add mor size mass , weight muscle ... eventually in order to maintain the new amount of mass , u will naturaly need to eat more to support it . but 3J said it right . if u realy came for good advice , that's the best your honestly going to get from anyone

I know 22 is young and people will shun people because they believe they dont know enough which may be true. Now if possible i would like some advise from people who have done cycles and there experiences if doing the correct cycle all precautions taken does it really matter age. I know the main arguemnt is you could be getting greaat gains in the gym anyway but i have worked my ass off the past year at a bodybuilder diet and really have not seen great improvements in body image. Yes in the gym great improvements.

brother, have some advice for you. if you are set on doing another cycle, hold off for a little while, concentrate on compound movements, bench, squats, military presses, good form deadlifts as well, barbell curls standing. if you build a solid foundation first, when you cycle you will not lose your gains completely, and it will not be as obvious. I fortunately did do this at your age so I was lucky. at that time it was difficult to find gear, not that I didn't try...lol....
I use the example of a cousin of mine, I hooked him up with gear when he was about 20-21 against my better judgement, and he got wicked gains, and his genetics only helped. what followed though and to this day, he gets great gains on cycle, but turns into a stick man as soon as he's off. he had no foundation, and still doesn't at 35 years old. I'm 45 and I've seen a lot of gear come and go, but that's the recurring theme as I've seen it.
just some thought for you. hope it helps. good luck. :)
