22 years old need cycle advice

hey guys currently 22 height is 6'3 weighing 200 pounds. im running 500 mg test e with 250mg tren per week. its been 2 months now and iv gotten good results as my first cycle but i want to get way bigger. should i increase my doses? im already eating like a horse. thanks
 
You already took the plunge so there's no point on emphasizing on reaching your natural potential... at this point I'll just support your decision ( not that I'm anybody important, but when it concerns giving advice )...

I can completely understand any frustrations or sense of impatience, however this lifestyle is all about patience and putting in your time.... you have a long way to go and you're barely scratching the surface at this point....

At your age we all wanted to be huge immediately and overnight, but in the end it really doesn't work like that...

However you can optimize your gains and your results, so there's no reason why you can't achieve anything drastic...

When you say that you're eating like a horse what exactly is your macro intake? Give us a break down on your daily meals including your off days, timing , portions and everything....

What does your current workout routine consist of?
 
By the way you have a solid foundation to work with unfortunately you didn't push it further but it is what it is... good job so far

i eat as much as i can, i dont count, and i go 6 days a week hitting all my compound movements and every muscle
 
Try starting a food log, it will save you a world of guessing down the line, the better you know your numbers the more youll be on top of your game.

You already look like you are holding on to some water and or Baby fat tissue at 22 years old. It's all over you as well as in your face. I'm not putting you down but you should have waited. Some hold on till 25 years.

This is not a race it's a marathon. If it were that easy, well why are the pro's not even bigger after 10, 15, 20 years. YOU want size and weight ? what kind , water or LMM because the water you fill up on and LMM you grow / build and that takes time. Also what you eat will make a lot of difference in building LMM. Like using high test in your tank or regular.

More Gear is the wrong way. Gear just HELPS you grow and build by your training,diet, and rest (recovery). Who of us don't want to get bigger, but bigger in LMM.

YOu may have everything dialed in , GOOD, but ya gotta change your thinking with patience. A man can only build 15-20 lbs of LEAN MUSCLE MASS in one year.

SLow down and start reading up and learning more.

I made mistskes when I was young it wasn't till I decided to really lean my body, diet and how to properly train that I made the crazy gains you can get from aas. Take your time you wana be able to be doing this when ur 50. Start slow and move up with every cycle.

Eating like a horse tells us nothing what are your macros be as detailed about your diet training experience years training so everyone can properly help u bro. Sorry I missed that vision already asked for a detailed breakdown
