Been in the game for a long time as beginner made a lot mistakes drugs wise and my body/soul suffered as a result. Overtime researched and through trail and error was able to build a physique to be proud of. Now looking to compete and maybe go masters pro.

Long shot I know.

Here are some of my current condition pictures.

Various condition some is bloated some is shredded.

My goals are to bring up my calves legs and back.

At my biggest I am around 250ish and my lowest I was 215ish.
