I Break Spawns

Hello, all, I'm 23 years old. I was diagnosed with KlineFelter's syndrome, which basically means I have an XXY Chromosome, instead of the normal male, XY chromosome. Primary effects of KlineFelter's is hypogonadism, and infertility; Sucks this wasn't caught sooner. My testosterone was checked when I was 16, because I was suffering from chronic fatigue, and my testosterone was low, but couldn't treat me because I was under 18. So, I decided to go to an endocrinologist. The Doctor did a MRI on pituitary gland, and all was well. My bloodtests came back. Total testosterone was at 215, and 150; On different tests.
Little about me. I'm six foot three, and weigh 181 lbs. I'm not very muscular, more like a skinny fat. I have some facial hair, and have to shave about three to four times a month. I do have a deep voice. I have no libido, and it's very rare for me to get an erection, it really sucks. I feel depressed all the time, and I absolutely hate it, and my motivation is not very good.
So, endo put me on testosterone cypionate bi-weekly 200 MG. I have been on the injections for two weeks and three days. The first seven days of the injection were hell. The symptoms I experienced was water retention, lethargic, aches & pains, headaches, and very cold. These symptoms subsided after seven days. Now, I just had my injection again on Friday and the same symptoms are re-appearing. Should I call my doctor? Or wait until the next bloodtest(Sep. 16th) and just tough out these symptoms?
Thanks. By the way, nice site here!
