24 y/o, 470 test, 74 Free Test, is TRT worth it?

Went and got a blood test done to see where I was after a long cut and this is what came up

Total Test- 468 ng/dl in a ref. range of 300-1080 ng/dl
Free Test- 71 in a ref. range of 47-244 pg/dl
% Free Test: 1.6 in a range of 1.6-2.9%

When I looked up my levels, I had the testosterone of an 80 year old man.

I'm afraid of the low % free test, b/c isn't that what we use to build muscle?

Should I just stick to cycles and see if I can stick the gains, or is testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) an option?

i had around a total of 400 but my free was really low. i went on it and don't regret it at 28. you might try boosting it in other ways though before you consider testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), it's expensive, and the appointments/blood work is kinda annoying.

Being calorie starved for long periods of time has been linked to low testosterone levels. How long ago was this cut? You may not need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if that was the cause. (I'm not a doctor by any means though)

at that age i may try natural methods first. Also check my sleep, diet, alcohol intake and other drug use, other perscription use that could be interferring, and exercise. I was 29 and started it, but i was at low 200s high 100s. I currently am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and only sit at 450-500, and feel pretty good.

those numbers are quiet fine if you drew blood in the afternoon

if you've been doing cycles you might just need more time to recover
