Hello everyone. I've been lurking in the forums for a little bit, so I thought this would be a good (or maybe not so good) post.
I have been feeling kind of depressed lately. Fatigued, apathetic...sometimes foggy. I talked to my doctor, and she said it may be a number of things including low testosterone. I had a blood test in the afternoon (I know most are in the morning), and for serum testosterone my level is: 461 ng/Dl.
I am a 24 year old male. I have a shoulder injury so I can't do as much in the gym as I normally do, but I squat, do weight pullups, etc. I eat very healthfully, I almost never drink alcohol, I don't heat up my food in plastic, and I use a stainless steel water bottle.
I was doing some research, and it seems like a 25 year old male should have a level of about 700 ng/dl. Should I be concerned? I have habits that should lead to high testosterone levels, but I'm on the lower end of normal...right?
Thanks
