Stats, 183 lbs, 29 years old, 5'11
Lifting about 10 years off and on. (On 2 years now straight)
Just finished my first cycle, of 600mg Test E 14 Weeks, Nolva 20mg ed / Working on my PCT now Clomid 100/100/50/50.
I had alot of fun and gains this cycle, that I never thought imaginable. Now im planning out my second cycle, this is what i'm thinking.
My goals are to put on another 20 lbs of solid muscle with a solid diet. 3500 clean cal's 300g protein 400g Carb 100 Fats. Typically split into 7 meals.
I was eating about 4000 cals first cycle and i put on a little too much fat, live learn.
