2nd Cycle Help!!

This is my second cycle my first was 500mg Test E for 12 weeks and d-bol for week 1-4. I had pretty good results I just expected better.

I have been training for over 3 years and here are by stats:
24yo
184lbs
5'10
bf% ~12%

My first cycle my diet wasn't bad but not as good as it is now so im expecting better results this time around.

Week 1-12 600mg Test E
Week 1-4 30mg ED D-Bol
Week 9-12 60mg ED Var
Week 1-12 12.5mg EOD Aromasin

post cycle therapy (pct)
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Novla 20/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

Anyone have any advice? Is there anything wrong with my post cycle therapy (pct)? What I want to do is a lean bulk for the majority of the cycle then towards the end cut up and get ready to cut after post cycle therapy (pct) is done.

cutting right after or during post cycle therapy (pct) is a recipe for losing LEAN mass , do not cut until FULLY recovered.


also at 184 pounds you do NOT need to cut , adding lean mass will lower body fat percentage by itself.

post a thread in the diet forum and ask the mod 3J for diet advice , hes a guru of nutrition.

I didnt mean that I was going to cut during post cycle therapy (pct) I meant after, how long after post cycle therapy (pct) is done should I wait before considering to cut?

I have my diet in check, I have read many posts by 3J.

only blood work will show if your fully recovered . i still say if you add plenty of lean mass on this cycle you should need to cut much if any.
 
Well I want to try and get down to about 6-7% bf and im at about 12% now, I don't think i'll be close to 6% if I bulk for about 18 weeks.

I would rather be pretty big and cut up then to just be really big.

90% of the people claiming to be 6-7% body fat are full of shit . im not saying become a blob , im saying run a lean bulker cycle and maybe only gain a moderate amount of pounds of weight but by adding lean mass and dropping a few pounds of fat at the same time your actual body fat % will drop a decent amount .
also consider that the more lean mass you have the higher calorie count you need to maintain weight so it will be even easier to lose weight after the cycle .remember SLOW and STEADY wins the race.
