2nd cycle here's what I'm thinking

First day on this board, first post as well.

Here's whats going on, last year I did my first cycle. at the time I was
29
5'8'
170lbs.
10-12% bf
My first cycle was deca/omna/winny. At the end of it I was the same height ;) and had gained about 18-20 lbs. Now looking back at it there was a lot I did wrong bad diet, didnt lift enough, not using clomid afterwards, etc. I know, I know dumbass me. But like anything you do for the first time you have to learn from it.

Starting in Jan. I've gone on a bulking phase. I'm up to 198 and the bf has gone up too. What I'm planning on doing is to keep bulking until next Jan. I was thinking I'd like to do another cycle this summer.
what I had in mind was a short (6 week) cycle using Omna and d bol. I would of course have nolva and clomid on hand. I dont want to use high doses and was going to keep the dbol around 20 mgs per week nad the Omna at 250mg a week;if anybody has any better ideas I would certainly listen.

So if anyone has any suggestions.....

But I think you should try to extend the cycle. If you can't, I would try to increase the dosage during the six weeks.
 
count zero... i did a cycle simular to yours but i did 50 mg of d-bol a day for 6weeks and 500mg of omna a week for 10 weeks. i saw dramatic resuts. i gained 20 lbs in the first two weeks (most water). you might want to take something to keep the water off (winny) or to keep up the appetited (equi) that you want to maximize your results.

is omna all you can get? if not go with enan or cyp they'll keep your blood level steadier. You have four different ester all releasing at different times

omna's for six weeks would be somewhat useless. They need ran for min. 8-10 wks. It might have worked for a weak first cycle but that 's it!
 
I run omna's alot..I would run them for 10 weeks minimum...run the dbol for the first 4 weeks at 40mg and run the omna at 500mg per week the entire gig, with diet and add some cardio, you can put on lean mass...you can front load if you like, but i am sure someone may mention it here in a bit...with the anti e's etc, and a ton of water intake, you can keep side non existent pretty much as well as the bloat minimal to none...i have found 25-50mg of proviron ed helps me keep of the bloat as well as seems to give me harder muscle also...could just be me though...

Since this board is a fountain of information I think I'll ask some questions. Would I be better off using something else/adding something else than dbol and omna?
Say something like test cyp or Winstrol (winny)?
Would a Dbol/test cyp/winny cycle be advisable? I really like a cycle that had low-risk in terms of sides.

I am here to learn.

ecadaddy's cycle would work better but I'd lower the d-bol to 25/day. 250mgs of omna isn't enough IMO.

If I had a choice I would use enanth or cyp instead of omna. IMO you should break up omna/sust injections so they are at least every 3 days to keep test levels more even and take advantage of the faster acting esters.

i like this one better , run the cyp 10-12 weeks , the dbol the 1st 4 weeks , and start the winnie 2-3 weeks before the last shot and run it 2 weeks past the last shot , starting clomid/nolvadex therapy the next day , im assuming that you meant dbol at 20 mg per DAY not per WEEK in your first post in this thread , i would up the cyp to 400 mg per week and you could either skip the winnie or run it at 50 mg per day , i hope this helps bro
