2nd cycle information needed , supplements , workout program and sure the GEAR

Hi big guys
1st I'm 30 years old , 174 Cm tall , 78 Kgm , 21.5% BF no disease or heart problems
2nd I had my 1st cycle in the last FEb. was Dianabol 4 weeks , sustanon 450mg/w for 10 weeks and had decent gains but not rocks but reached 82.5 Kgm weight
3- I lost this mass during marrige preparation and changing my place , now I'm very stable and having a great GYM and spa too right here

Please after this long story would u help me in these :
1- bulking training program to gain muscles and reach 10-12% BF too
2- supplements needed to accomplish the mentioned target
3- new steroids cycle
4- how to keep gain after finishing the cycle

I don't really know doe sure or not, having not done a cycle myself, but 21% bf seems kinda high. Why don't you naturally get down below 15% with diet and training? I think if you learn how to train and eat without gear, you'll be able to keep your gains.
 
Definetly go with pinwheel's advice man. 21% is too high. If you can get down to 15 or 16% naturally and maintain that, you'll be able to keep your gains after cycle. Its all in the diet bro! If things are stable now should be easy.
 
^^ What they said, plus when you get down to it naturally all the things you learn about your training and dieting will help your cycle be so much more productive. At that bf% you will get so many sides and you'll just look like a fat bloated idiot while on and when a bro is on cycle he should look fucking God even if he's bloated a bit. Please don't cycle. Get with 3j on here. he'll help you a ton with dieting!
 
I agree with pinwheel, the most important thing is for you to learn what it takes naturally,

However in regards to good training program's and nutrition advice
You may want to look into the "power,muscle,burn" workouts which I like in the 5 day split. Don't be afraid to change up these workouts and add any favorite exercises. But from paper this workout style seems to be a good bet, you can see the potential for good lean muscle and power gains.

If your going to be using supps to lower your bf% I might look into a thermo fat burner oxy elite or something of that nature.
Can't go past your multi vitamin, wpi protein, bcaa's, perhaps a preworkout with creatine in it like c4.

Iv recently been looking at test prop and win as a combo to use for an 8 -10 week cycle so you may want to look into those 2 and see if that is something your interested in. IMO these 2 steroids combined offer great potential for lean mass/ strength gains while lowering your body fat. Neither products seem to be to "suppressive" or hard to come back from so to speak. So in terms of gains and recovery I believe these 2 products give you a good compromise.
To secure gains post cycle your going to need a quality pct program concsosting of nolva, clomid, and hcg.. I like adding in a few OTC products in addition.
Diet - will be absolutely key in securing your gains.
 
Even with gear that you think has less sides it is still a TERRIBLE IDEA to cycle with bf% that high. It doesn't matter what you take you'll Fuck yourself up with your bf like that. Imho winny is for pre-contest prep and that is it. The normal everyday guy just looking to put on some lean mass shouldn't use it. Anavar is a FAR BETTER option, but again-as I cannot stress this point enough-get your bf down NATURALLY first. Don't bother with stimulants like those thermo fat burners either. They are useless and dangerous. Eating healthy, counting macros, and pushing yourself in the gym is the only way to burn fat and keep it off, safely. At least for someone like yourself.I mean no disrespect. Just legitimately concerned for your safety, brother. Don't become another statistic...
 
Not sure what your training history is, but I've been naturally training for about 5 years now and started at over 20% bf myself. I had no idea what I was doing and like the other guys have stated, all I would've done was hurt myself. Now? I've been on a PH cycle (dont flame me for it) to learn how my body reacts to test and to help me learn to keep gains with my diet and training. Be smart, you only get one body. Read the stickies, especially the main sticky about your first cycle...I have a feeling you don't exactly meet some of the requirements.
 
I ageee and wouldn't recommend cycling until your bf% comes down and your able to maintain it.

I personally like thermo products; but agree there not for everyone. They are essentially mearly a tool to assist in what is a small part of the process 80% of results you want to see are going to come from you putting in effort with diet and training.
