2nd cycle of Test E & Deca

Captain , Thanks for correcting my post yes Deca can aromatize and as you said at a very low rate. MY MISTAKE.... :Pat:

More of the concern with using Deca is the effects on the E2 and production of Prolactin and the ED problems known as The Deca dick syndrome. Yes we discussed that and so I was really trying to dispel the myth.

Deca being the 19-nor does not carry , as much as Test the ability to hold water. For that reason Deca and be used while dieting to lean out and cut. :)

Ok.. so half way done with week 5 of deca and test and I did arms this morning and I OMG!!! My biceps on the warm up felt like they were going to explode... my biceps were so filled that when I super set my triceps I can barley do a bent over tricep extension due to my bicep being overly ingorged and hurting :)... oh and usually I'll feel a little tension in my elbow when doing this exercise however that deca is doing a great job lubricating my joints.... anyway feeling great!! Strength is definitely increasing!!!!! My bent over tri extention I'll usually go up to 35 or 40 dumbells to hit 8 reps, now I'm at 45 lbs and hitting 10-12! Feeling like a teenager again lol.... i don't remember if I said it but I did check my weight this week and I'm at 254 from 228.. this Saturday I'll weigh myself again and I should be on my 6th week.. no sides to report.. just feeling like I want to FU** all the time lol

Ok guys on my 6th week! Blood pressure was a little jacked lol but I'm getting it down slowly... however still feeling high libido and... also I im going to give blood so I don't have to worry about any iron issues or red bloo cell count

Ok guys!! On week 7! Libido kicking hard and crushing at 252 lbs still.. hitting 315 twice.. after my recovery from this workout I'm gonna try 365.. all about the gains!! Feeling good guys and ready for my third cycle lol.. ho just kidding not yet... lol anyway I'm gonna add another week for pct so it's going to look like 100/100/50/50/50 Clovis and 20/20/20/20 nolvadex

So I woke up today and I know my test has kicked in 120% becasue usually around week 6-7 when I wake up in the morning both of my hands are asleep lol I dont know just a side effect if get from test.. doesn't bother me though.. it goes away after I finish injecting... anyway just wanted to post that up! Have a good weekend guys... I'm gonna go kill back for my second time this week.

Well... I just know that deca shuts you down bad and I'm sure an extra week of clomid would only be beneficial to my hapta after I'm all said and done
 
Guys! Just weighed myself.... 260 lbs.. omg!!! The benefits from deca durabolin lol... still feeling good! Strong! And libido is HIGH!!!! LETTTSSS GOOOO!!!!!

For the first 5 weeks of the cycle I was at 40/40/20 with 500 over maintenance and now this passed week I started 27/47/26 and lowered yo maintenance becasue I've gained much more then I anticipated.. also I changed my workout routine from 10-15 reps to 6-10.. just really focusing on the muscle
 
Gotcha. I have been slowly increasing my calories, I'm trippin on how much weight you have put on though. I started roughly same weight as u and in 4 weeks only put on about 2-3 solid lbs, even cut back cardio. Also 40/40/20. That should change here in the upcoming weeks though.

how much are you going over maintenance? Also how's your training?
 
I was going 300 over maintenance and starting a week ago went to 500. Grabbed up some mct oil to add to my shakes as recommended by another board member with that I'll be taking in about 4200 cals a day and it'll put my macros to 35/35/30. I train hard man, minimum 5 days a week but often more. Haven't had a rest day in over 10 days but I switch up muscle groups/routinez every workout. Not talking shit but I only ever see maybe 2 other guys working out and pushing themselves as hard as I do. I have been lifting for a while, my lifts are quality. Good results take time and patience even with gear I think I'm hating a Lil on yours haha
