lol no that sounds good!! I wanna be honest I only gained 14 lbs in my first test only cycle, with going 200 calories over maintenance however my weight plateaued at week 8 and didn't go up anymore... I think with this deca it's breaking my original plateau... I think my genetics just go well with this cycle becasue I've yet to see the scale say the same number since august... just keep it going and if need be bump up the calories.. also I'm a endomorph.. so I'll gain a little faster then most. Don't forget to check your source as well.... make sure your gear is not heavily under dosed... keep me posted on your progress as well! I'm definitely interested to see your progressI was going 300 over maintenance and starting a week ago went to 500. Grabbed up some mct oil to add to my shakes as recommended by another board member with that I'll be taking in about 4200 cals a day and it'll put my macros to 35/35/30. I train hard man, minimum 5 days a week but often more. Haven't had a rest day in over 10 days but I switch up muscle groups/routinez every workout. Not talking shit but I only ever see maybe 2 other guys working out and pushing themselves as hard as I do. I have been lifting for a while, my lifts are quality. Good results take time and patience even with gear I think I'm hating a Lil on yours haha
