My diet goes something like this at the moment. I think its roughly 3000cals
Meal 1: 100grams of oats with milk and razins. 4 egg whites with 2 whole eggs scrambled
Meal 2: 1 grilled chicken breast 2 medium sized baked potatoes with sour cream.
Meal 3: 4 slices whole meal bread, two tins tuna, 4 slices low fat cheese. (Tuna sandwhiches.)
Meal 4: 150 grams of pasta and steak.
Meal 5: Protein shake and banana.
Meal 6: Grilled fish and half a cup of rice. Or sometimes steak or roast beef.
Meal 7: 250grams cottage cheese.
And a handful of non salted almonds sometime during the day for essential fats
