300KGS on leg press

Achieved my highiest ever this weekend after doing 4 sets I still managed a 5 set of 10 full reps on 300kgs. Not too bad for a midget lol
 
Thanks man! Lol that is all I have been doing...Eating!!! going onto 7th week now and I am up 10kgs in weight
 
At my feeble state of 198 ish..I m doing 18 plates or 400 plus kilos x 10-12 you need to crush this old man by the end of the year...I m throwing it down..you picking it up, mate...??? lololol.

When you squat it encombeses your entire body...and the bodies WEIGHT ADEED TO THE BAR....

( And destroy s knees, lumbar section and may encourage bone spars acrosss your upper spine :) )

^^ lol, ya i hear that part

im 28, i can start to slow down on power lifting/strongman stuff when im late 40's but HGH will be in the future picture
 
I will try harder although squats tend to hurt my right knee allot but for someone that is my height I think I'm doing quite alright
