I let me self go and got up to 320lbs. So begging of last year I start my new eating regimen and work out route that i switch up often. But I've hit a plateau at 240lbs. Ive been stuck at this weight of months and I can't seem to kick start it. I got my BMI done today with the calipers at the gym and over all body fat is at 9.87% which she tells me is excellent but all the weight has gravitated to my gut. Everything else though is tight. My ideal weight is 190ish. Any good advise would be helpful.
Meals
Breakfast
4 egg Whites + 1 whole egg
1 medium advocado
(if I work out I swap out the avocado for 1/3 cup of oats with flax)
+ CLA, and Fish oil capsule
Snack
Hand full of dried fruit and nuts
Lunch
Romain Lettuce + Chicken breast and 2 tbls of extra virgin olive oil
A babybell cheese wheel
+ CLA, and Fish oil capsule
Snack (perwork out)
Ephedrine Stack
Small sweet potato
Portion of meat (fish, lean beef or chicken)
Post work out
Protein Shack
1/3 cup of oats
+ CLA, and Fish oil capsule
Before bed
1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
I drink a shit load of water
I'm working out 5 to 6 times a week doing heavy lifts, then 45mins of cardio but figured I would calm it down and do every second day only compound exercises and try to do 45mins cardio every day
