Alright i messaged you and i'm posting the diet here right now..
You recommended me
300g protein'
300g carbs
66g fats

And here is my diet

07:00 Breakfast
4 egg whites, 2 table spoon peanutt butter, 2 bread, 1 table spoon honey.

10:00
2 scoop whey protein + 1 banana

12:00-12:30
300 gram white rice cooked + 200 gram chicken breast cooked

15:30 pre workout
185 gram tuna ( 1 can oil packed ) + 2 potato

18:00 post workout shake
whey protein + creatine + glutamine + a little sugar

19:00 post workout meal
1 tuna can ( 185 gram ) + 2 potato

22:00 before bed
Cottage chese + 1 fruit

So here is the result
Cals: 3163
fat: 91 gram
Carbs: 335 gram
protein: 246 gram

So is there any changes i should make? please help
 
You need more meat in there if you want to grow man, 200g of chicken is no way near enough dude. I eat around 300-400g chicken and 200-300g steak every day minimum! when im trying to grow.

is this pwo?? if not eat a real meal.. do some lean meat.. the banana is ok as long as its not brown anywhere
