Hey 3j ive been slowly cutting for a couple of months trying to maintain as much muscle as possible but im getting worried i wont be <10% by December 1st..
Current cycle im in week 2
Test prop 50mg ed
Tren ace 50mg ed
Clen 2-3 weeks on 2-3 weeks off i pyramid from 60mcg-160/180 then down to 60..
Current stats:
5'10, 198lbs, roughly 13-15% bf, Endomorph
Current diet:
Meal1: 0630: 1 cup of oats with 1 scoop of whey, coffee, green tea
Meal2: 0730: 5 egg whites
Meal3: 0930: 250g boiled chicken breast, 1 cup of beans, 1 cup of brown rice
Meal4: 1130-12: 250g chicken breast, 1 cup of beans, 1/2 cup of brown rice
Meal5: 1400: 4egg whites
Meal6: 1600: 250g chicken, 1 cup of beans
Meal7: pre workout: 1830: 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, BCAAs (jack3d if not on clen)
Meal8
ost workout: 2000-2030: 2 scoops of whey, 1/2 cup of oats
Meal9: 2100: 250g chicken, 1 cup of beans
Bed between 2100-2200
I also have a few almonds or cashews between meals.
Any advice or alterations would be appreciated cheers
