dude this is what i eat. every day. im fasting so i only eat from 2pm-8pm.

2pm protein shake, and a veggie soup. coli flower, broccoli salary . or a small broccoli salad . latter i take another protein shake, then i have my meal, 2 pcs of chicken breast. 1 cup of beans. and a small sweet potatoe. come back from the gym i take my protein shake and another small meal,, 1pc of chicken breast. and half a cup of beans. and after that i take 1 cup of fat free yogurt with a banana and half a cup of milk , i mix it up in the blender. thats pretty much what i been eating for the past 5 weeks.
 
dude your about 180lbs of lean mass at 1800 calories.. that doesn't seem off to you?

Hey, I do carbs refill days once a week or one every 2 weeks. And I started loosing fat again with the inter. Fasting. Down to 197pds at 11.3%bf, this past Sunday I did my carb up day. Seems like it helped
 
it will because it kicks your body out of starvation mode...

not sure what u mean by it.. is it like high carbs on training days then low , then no carbs?
 
i train monday to friday. one body part a day, sometimes 2 when i do abs and forearms, and cardio for 25 - 30 mts 4 times a week. how can i use carb cycling can u give me a example.

Interesting. Would the no carb day be non training days?
 
In the middle of the week you would train on a no carb day. Tue other two is the weekend.
