i live in iraq, i have difficult to plan diet, and stuff, here they only say eat everything you can, or just use a cycle of that or that, not even telling you the diet you need, or protein or calories, i have used many portein shake, but its work but cant said like it should, have workout 2 years now, im 21, 170cm, 71kg, bodyfat not sure, i weight 57kg when i started, didnt gain that much since i workout, please help me,
i know i need about 3000 calories if im not wrong, 160g protein, but just cant figure anything out, need help how my diet should look like thanks alot
