Yeah I watched 2 of your videos. You eat clean but you don't eat enough. Those meals look like my snacks in between meals. You need to stay off gear and learn how to eat to bulk. Talk to 3J in the diet forum. spend your money on him and not on gear cuz if you eat like a bird you're wasting your money.

didint know 220 grams of protein for weighing 188 wasnt good ? on that diet went from 165 to 172 then i ran dbol and got to 188 stuck here .

you do realize that every time you gain weight you have to add more calories and protein dont you

You eat 1600 calories a day and you don't know why your stuck? WTF. My 6 yr old eats more then that. You seriously need to revamp your "diet". I eat 800-950 just for breakfast. Hell my shakes are anywhere from 800-1100 depending on the day. Up your cals by 500 everyday and eat that much til you stop gaining. Then up it another 500 cals everyday. You're trying to bulk which means you need to eat more to grow. Your diet looks like you're on the Jenny Craig program.

Whoever told you that 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight is sufficient enough to bulk is an idiot. Try AT LEAST 1.5 but preferably 2. And your stuck cuz you eat like a pigeon.
 
you seen my vids i eat around 2280 i havnt even bought this cycle yet i was brain storming but i guess i would of placed first in the comp if i didnt eat like a pigeon ;)

Dude your video you have zero delts, skinny arms, no way you placed first in any comp unless it was against a bunch of 6th grade school girls. You eat like a fucking bird. Numbers don't lie. I don't even eat 2300 cals on a cut. That's rediculous. You need to hit 3J up. You'll grow. Trust me.

BH you seem like a good guy. At least you haven't gone off the deepend with insults and such like some others have that were grilled for doing what you do.

That shows some good character on your part. Try to spend some time reading around the site. Avoid arguing because we know you are right j/k :P

thanks bro i aint really pissed or anything i guess ppl on here just like to argue,but i got a diet set now starting it monday around 4500 calories so imma have that going for a couple months before i go on cycle i was just looking for feed back but thanks bro
 
If you're taking in 2300 a day 4300 is way too much. You'll gain but gain a ton of excess fat. Just up it 500 cals from where you're at. When you stop gaining on that up it another 500. When you stop gaining, up it again. Increasing your cals that much unless you're doing a TON of cardio everyday is just asking for fat.
