If you're taking in 2300 a day 4300 is way too much. You'll gain but gain a ton of excess fat. Just up it 500 cals from where you're at. When you stop gaining on that up it another 500. When you stop gaining, up it again. Increasing your cals that much unless you're doing a TON of cardio everyday is just asking for fat.
