A girl I help train is ready to start her 3rd cycle.

1st cycle Var 5-15mg ED

2nd cycle Winstrol (winny) 20-30mg ED

Trying to come up with an idea for her 3rd. Winstrol (winny) was bad for her. Lots of sides. Poor results. Var was great and had no sides at those doses. Great results.

I was thinking Var 15-30mg ED or primo 100mg EW + var 10mg ED.

Just curious....if Var worked great why are you considering primo?

Good point Miss Muscle. SHe could proabbly just use var again, maybe up the doses alittle but I guess I was considering primo+ var becasue you have tried and true compound for her + something new.

This is the plan. PRimo depot 100mg EW for 10 weeks

i'd start w/ 50 mg/wk to assess sides and build up to 100mgs. just my 02...

Point taken kitty. With the slow ester it makes it tough either way to adjust. Too bad primo orals are so expensive.

3 weeks in and running 100mg EW. Everything seems to be going very well. No sides thus far.

my last cycle (my third).. i did
var 10-20mg ED (oral)
primo 50mg IM EOD
winny 50mg IM EOD

i gained 11 lb net muscle since last cycle using these (tho i am mesomorph). if Winstrol (winny) not tolerated well, i'd prob do a bit more of var (20-30mg ED?).. i'm a firm believer in slow controlled titration & trying one new substance at a time to assess effect & sides. just my experience for all it's worth..
