trying to work out each muscle once a week, heavy weights, low reps..except chest..I want to separate upper from lower/mid

day 1 (shoulders)
-Upright Rows
-Shrugs
-Standing military/behind neck presses
-arnold DB presses

day 2 (chest and Bicep)
-Flat BB bench
-Flat DB bench
-BB curls
-Dips

day 3 off

day 4 (back)
-Bent over Rows
-DeadLifts
-Pullups
-squats

day 5 (upper chest and tricep)
-BB narrow bench Incline
-DB bench incline
-TRicep kick back

the only leg excerize that i do is squats and some calves. not enough to make a working day by itself so i throw it in with another days routine
 
if you dont consider squat day a working day in and of itself, AND your deadlifting on the same day you squat, you need to redo ur whole program.
 
day 1 (shoulders)

day 2 (chest)
-Flat BB bench
-Incline DB bench
-Dips

day 3
-Squats wide
-leg presses narrow

day 4 (back)
-Bent over Rows
-DeadLifts
-Pullups


day 5 (arms and legs)
-BB Curls
-reverse curls
-TRicep kick back
-dips
