4 day split or this?

It seems to me that a 4 day split working 1 bodypart a week only makes sense for when your on gear. And a 3 day all body workout is better when your not on gear.

Hows this look for a routine while on gear?

Mon.
Upper body
Tue.
Lowerbody
Wed.
Off
Thurs.
Upper body
Fri.
Lower Body

Sat&Sun off

This hits all body parts 2x a wk and still allows enough rest time.

How is a 4 day split better than this?

I think we all convince ourselves that one routine is better than another. I know people that look great doing 1 part each day and I know people that do full body workouts.

Pick one and stick with it. See how it goes and adjust.

Fwiw: I do one part a day and am not on gear and it has worked pretty damn well.
