maybe some more whey but I have about 5lbs at home
as for a post cycle therapy (pct) I want to do liquid nolva most likely but don't really know the dosages, my last post cycle therapy (pct) was clomid and nolva but clomid tasted like ass and I cant take it anymore. And prolly some herbla supp like post cycle from protein factory
anyway, feel free add whatver you think I would need to this cycle, I would like to stack M1T with something but dont know what yet.
by the way, in about 20 days I start my summer league basketball so I'm gonna be training for that too which sometimes includes being up to 4 hours in the gym and either playing basketball or doing drills etc, also I have to ride my bike a lot to get my legs in shape and save money on gas
so like you see there's gonna be lots of cardio type of training going on in my life during those 4 weeks so that's why I want to take advantage and get as cut as possible with as much muscle gain as I can, I'm really gonna try to intake as much protein as I can here.
I lift 3 times a week, I have a good routine and a decent diet, well at least there's no junk food just natural foods cooked at home, I eat about 4-5 times a day + a protein shake or so.
