I ran at 400 and noticed more strength and better recovery if anything. Put on about 8-10 pounds in 10wks. Was doing 600mg test and 400mg deca. Was not eating enough probably and was train ing to often. If I woulda hve been smarter and eaten etter I woulda gained more. I did get strong. AF though. Did get bloated but I wasn't taking enough airmidex.

300mg of real deca took my joints from complete shit to moderately trashed, so, 400 is a little better than that.

10 weeks is a really short deca cycle

Agreed. However, the constant use (not healthy for most, but it what it is*) and doses working their way up into the grams ARE very much the norm in the IFBB. Couple that with freak genetics, very good eating, wicked training, and serious sleep = the making of what we have today.
When I was in the NPC, a gram+ of test, and deca weren't anything.


* I personally know some freaks who use all year, and yes big doses, and when they go to their doc, are always g2g. On the other hand, some really hurt themselves doing the same, and are no longer in the game...

I wonder if there are ways to fake these conditions. They prescribe AAS for. Except aids of course can't fake that.
Knew a guy at work who had a script for anavar wonder what kind of medical issues he had lol. Or just a really cool doc

I used to get Oxandrin prescribed, but that was a doc who took his chances. Hell, he'd write me 10mg Halotestin tabs, have me on 400mgs/week of test, as well as write me Aromasin, and HCG. Yes, he's sadly long gone now. Almost forgot. My insurance covered all of it except for GH.

I love docs like that, I remember back in the day I had a doc that decided he was going back to china and leaving his practice here. So in the final year for 1500$ he would write you a script for a year of humatrope at 6iu per day. It was so sweet but like you mentioned he is long gone now and the doctors are so closely watched now its crazy
