Been on a long time now, but I want to do a blitz on fat and get those abs out and get me in a good position for the 14 week mark for my first contest. I'll cease the diet when loss stops or becomes to little.

Stats: 6 foot 2, 230lbs at 12% yea I'm small, I have fought for every pound, it hasn't been easy. 31 years old. BTW: I can't wait to get back on GH again, it was complete magic for me. Blood looked great, felt good, gained 3 lbs and got leaner on just 4ius ED.. Wow..

1g test per week
Rotate ECA and clen( ramp up to 80 maybe 120mcg) every 2 weeks.
1mg of armidex
12.5mcg T3 ED

I will go into Ketosis, it works well for me, I'll carb up when I just can't take it anymore, then I will load up big and use insulin (yes I know). History has this at about 10 days for me.

training will daily, rotating am cardio or evening circuit. I have been lifting big for a long time, I need the break too.

Tell me what you think guys. I may try to grab some NYC and some 'burn but I need to keep the eye on funds at the momment.
 
If using CKD for your diet, stick to carb-up parameters, not when you juast can't stand it, a recipe for muscle wasting.
 
Thanks Scotty, but you think so even with the 1g of test? On the otherhand I don't see how every 5 or 6 th day would hurt either.

1g test completely unecessary as well. Try 500mg, remember, this is not a bulker.
