46 y/o Male, 295lbs first planned cycle - feel free to comment

Ok everyone, after doing some extensive searching and asking alot of questions here is what I am going to do for my first AAS cycle after my recovery from surgery. I am 46 y/o 6'2 295 lbs and already dieting with a bodybuilder nutritionist. I am looking to cut fat and increase strength.

Here goes my plan and I welcome any comments if needed to improve b4 I actually start.

Weeks 1 -12 Test E 500mg/EW - I will split this into 2 days of 250 mg each. Since I have no partner, I plan to pin my quads. What pin should I use? Does 22g to draw and 25g 1 in. to pin in quad sound adequate?

Weeks 1 - 6 T3 50 mcg/ED - this will be done at the same time as my Test E cycle

What size syringe do u recommend I get to measure accurately to take orally if liquid?

PCT
Weeks 15 -18 Clomid 50 mg/ED
Weeks 15 - 16 Nolva 20 mg/ED
Weeks 17 - 20 Nolva 10 mg/ED

How does this sound so far?

25 guage 1 inch is fine for quads , you can draw with 22 guage but 18 would be easier.

Awesome bro thanks 4 the lightning fast response...does the rest of the cycle length and dosage look good especially the T3 cycle? I chose to do 6 weeks to start earlier during my Test cycle all for the same dose of 50 mcg or should I go longer and work up to 100 mcg? If so what would that cycle look like?

i would wait 3 weeks into the cycle to get test levels up before starting t3 . everyones tolerance for t3 is different so listen to your body.
 
At your age, I would strongly suggest you include HCG from the beginning of your cycle at a minimum of 500-1000ius per week. Otherwise, your post cycle therapy (pct) maybe insufficient to restart your HPTA and return it to a "normal" functional level.

Alternately, you could run the HCG after your last shot E4D at 1500-2000 iu for a total of 5 shots then start your SERMS.

Alternately, you could run the HCG after your last shot E4D at 1500-2000 iu for a total of 5 shots then start your SERMS.

1. Test looks good and is appropriate for your first cycle.
2. If it was me, I would do test only for a first cycle. I know T3 is not really an AAS, but what about the sides? If you experience something, how will you know what caused it? need to get your test (as in stats)/control group established, and test is the best for that.
3. I just took my first pin in the quad, and let me tell you.....DO NOT DO IT IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF LEAN MUSCLE IN YOUR LEGS. The soreness was almost unbearable. Took 4 days to get back to some level of painlessness. Do glute...I did it on my own...and if I can, anyone can

5. PCT is fine, but research HCG.

You have told us nothing of your training, diet, bodytype, etc. This plans a big role.
 
Man as said b4 pinning in quads can be very uncomfortable the glute is better for me I know its behind you but its bot that hard to do. Review the "help with pinning" thread.

Im in the 4th week of a 500 mg per wk test e cycle and feal fantastic doing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 250mg every 4 days. no sides whatsoever except im working out with 25-30 lbs more weight on my bench lol.

295lbs man you are already big mate whats your body fat at?? I know it suks but get as much of that off before you start your joints will thank you I promise!!!


Also that nutritionist will be prolly the biggest factor on your results be diligent and eat only what he tells you to. (asuming he knows his shit)

Being that large already has negative consequences, the usual suspects, hardening of the arteries, high blood pressure, cholesterol ect. While on-cycle things things WILL be worse. Keep an eye out on these things.

Thanks for your posts Megatron...As far as training I have been training off and on for approximately 26 years from powerlifting to bodybuilding as I used to train all throughout my 20 years of military career. Training is no problem for me as far as my body type I am more of an Endo-Meso. I recently (a year ago) hired my own BB nutritionist to hold myself accountable for nutrition and when I started out ( a year ago) I started out at 347 lbs. Through hard work and serious attitude adjustment to training and meal plans, I lost alot of bf by hit a plateau where I was hanging around 295lbs but still dropping in inches (clothes) Unfortunately now I am recuperating from lower lumbar surgery since the 6th of this month so I am using this time to recuperate and educate myself on an effective cycle once I have been back in the game approx 3 months after I start up again after surgery.

Take the first Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shot of 2000iu 10 days after your last test E shot. Then take 2000 iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) every 4th day after that for a total of 5 shots. The day after your last Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) shot, start clomid 50 mgs 2X a day for 30 days and Nolva 20 mgs a day for 45 days.
