Ok. So, I have decided to log my gains from this cycle. Here's what I have.
26years old
6'3, 205
I am extremely lean for 205 not sure my BF.
Training for 6 years. Had to stop for a few months a few times. Broken collarbone and hematoma on my kidney (2x).
4th Cycle. Started cycle on 4/14/14 Today's Date 4/25/14 Weighed in at 210 today. +5 lbs so far.
Tren A - 75mg ED week 1-8
Test Prop - 100mg EOD week 1-2
Test C - 375mg once every 6 days, weeks 1-12. (meaning if I pin friday, next week is Thursday, week after is Wednesday etc.)
Anadrol - 50mg ED, bump to 100mg week 2 depending on sides. week 1-4. **Ran drol at 50mg for first 3 days. Felt like absolute shit. Seriously. Lethargic, unmotivated, body pain and aches, headaches. NOT worth it. Gonna have to assume it was due to an extreme spike in blood pressure among other things. So I dropped it and put Dbol 25mg in morning 25mg at night. Feeling great.
Prami .25 ED (dose at .25ED for first week, now at .5 and will stay there)
Adex .5mg EOD
hcg 500iu 2x week M,Th
post cycle:
clomid 100/50/50/50/50
Just picked up 30mg of melanotan 2, this will for sure help with libido as well.
Anyone know if I can mix MT2 with hcg in same injection? My hcg injections hurt by far more than any AAS injection because of the sterile water. Waiting on BAC water to arrive.
WORKOUT and DIET (Lean Bulk)
-High intensity, High weight, Low reps
Set 1 - 8 reps
Set 2 - 6 reps
Set 3 - 4 reps
Set 4 - 1 rep max (rest 2 mins between sets)
1 hour cardio after lifting. (2 hours total workout)
DIET:
Training days: first 3-4 meals carb and protein heavy
Non-training days: Last 3 meals ZERO carbs, protein and fat heavy(salmon, avocado, hummus, peanut butter, olive oil, almonds, NO FRUIT.)
10am: Breakfast: 6 scrambled eggs, oatmeal with cinnamon, 2 slice bread w/ peanut butter
1pm:2nd meal: Broccoli and 8oz sirloin steak, brown rice
4pm:3rd meal: 2 chicken breasts with lemon and herbs, spinach and brown rice
NO CARBS (except waximaize in shake)
Lift at 6pm -
7pm Post workout shake - 4th meal - Protein shake, olive oil, yogurt, waximaize, bcaa (not as bad tasting as it sounds)
8pm: 5th meal: Salmon, half avocado, asparagus
10pm: 4 Egg whites, shot of olive oil, other half of avocado
Daily food intake needed:
2 chicken breast
8oz salmon
1 avocado
2 slices bread
1 quick oatmeal w/ cinnamon
10 eggs
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 scoops whey, 2 shots olive oil, 2 scoops yogurt
6 aspargus
8 oz sirloin steak
**No carbs on non-training days
