I wprk my legs light right now suffering from a acl tear, so dont wanna tear it more, just bad knees to begin with, so I pump my legs once a week

My 12yr old nephew has bigger calves just from pushing his scooter!

Keep at it Matt - remember when you cut you will look smaller before you start to look bigger . Once you get under 12% BF you'll see the light . Dont go back to bulking until you get under 8% BF . ~Bo

I dont beoieve some of u that have no pics are some super natural freak that u amoint to be posting shit like u are some huge guy that knows everything about technique and training to dieting amd aas, then if u are some super natural freak why wouldnt u want to post a pic up to shut a fuckin guy up?

Slightly bigger on both just measured mine 26/16 not that my legs ate amazing but I try.
Keep at it maybe your legs will separate and look sick once you cut down.
 
Yeah I dont getnthe same feeling for pumping legs then I do with any other nody part but its gotta be done atleast once a week
I think cause of my bad acl, I dont look forward to the pain for the next few days but oh well, it is what it is

Another month or so will be doing another blast so the tren will help me get down to what I need to be plus the muscle hardness :)

300g pro
155g carb
60g fat

2300 cals

Refeed this week

225g pro
450g carb
50g fat

My current diet is on the diet forum bro
