I've been working out for 4 years now, dieting, taking various supps, and I've been hitting the gym six days week. Yet, I've hit a plateau, big time.
As for my stats:
Age 26 (Turning 27 in less than a week)
Height 5'9
Weight 210
BF% 10
I've researched various PH's, and I found this one product that has two PH's in it, and that is 5-Deca-Zol. Since I have year-round allergies and ADHD, I've been taking meds for them. I do have some concerns about taking PH's along with my meds.
I was wondering if SD and Hdrol interact with Concerta and Fexofenadine in a bad way? These are medications I'm currently taking. The first one is for ADHD, while the other one is for allergies.
Other than that I'm in great health, lipids are in the normal range, liver function is completely normal.
The reason I'm asking here is because I can't find anything online, if allergy, ADHD meds and PH's interact in a bad way.
