i am getting ready to start my second cycle but this time im going to stack 500mg sustanon and 200 mg deca a week for 8 weeks any input on what all i should be doing? on my first cycle i gain 25 pounds looking to gain at least 30 pounds on this cycle
You need to run your deca at 400 a wk MINIMUM and for AT LEAST 12 weeks.
Right now i am 150pounds 25 years old 5 foot 7 i intake about 100- 150 grams of protein eat 4 meals a day but going to start 6 meals a day and my protein intake im going to start 200- 250 grams of protein a day
What would be a good stack? I have read around and that's how I got the sustanon and deca but you are saying deca is not worth taken

You were 125lbs before you started your first cycle? Dude. The BEST advice I can give you is this. Go to 3J now in the diet section. He is running an August Special. He will ask you ALOT of questions. Let him design a diet for you. At 25 years old, 5 foot 7 and only being 150 pounds you need him to create a diet for you. At this stage I really think using ANY gear is a waste for you. You need him to get your diet in check and I guarantee you, you will bulk quickly eating right. 3J knows his shit. He got me straight.
