500mg sustanon/ 200mg deca

i am getting ready to start my second cycle but this time im going to stack 500mg sustanon and 200 mg deca a week for 8 weeks any input on what all i should be doing? on my first cycle i gain 25 pounds looking to gain at least 30 pounds on this cycle

You mentioned that this is your second cycle and that your first cycle went very well.

Can you give us some more stats so we can have a little better perspective from which to comment.

What was your first cycle, age, weight, height, diet, years training, bodyfat...

You need to run your deca at 400 a wk MINIMUM and for AT LEAST 12 weeks.

This is his SECOND CYCLE - he does not need to run 900 mgs of gear a week.

Longer than 8 weeks would be a good idea as with Sustanon (sust) and Deca you are going to be using longer ester that will take a some time to build up to a stable level in your blood.

12 weeks would be good.
 
Right now i am 150pounds 25 years old 5 foot 7 i intake about 100- 150 grams of protein eat 4 meals a day but going to start 6 meals a day and my protein intake im going to start 200- 250 grams of protein a day
 
You don't need another cycle, you need to EAT. And yeah 200mg a deca is not worth it unless you're doing it just for joints. And at least 12 weeks, preferably longer.
 
Do another test only cycle mate, doing deca is harder to recover from and you might loose more gains in the end. Be patient bro.
 
What would be a good stack? I have read around and that's how I got the sustanon and deca but you are saying deca is not worth taken

You were 125lbs before you started your first cycle? Dude. The BEST advice I can give you is this. Go to 3J now in the diet section. He is running an August Special. He will ask you ALOT of questions. Let him design a diet for you. At 25 years old, 5 foot 7 and only being 150 pounds you need him to create a diet for you. At this stage I really think using ANY gear is a waste for you. You need him to get your diet in check and I guarantee you, you will bulk quickly eating right. 3J knows his shit. He got me straight.

Chicken, steak, Turkey, Yams, Ezekial bread, protein shakes, protein shakes, chicken, steak, Turkey, Yams. Just stack all of those things..... LOL. Not trying to be a dick, but you gotta get that diet straight and get the clean calories up like crazy and you will bulk up....

Also let me add dont do any bullshit cable/machine/stabilityball exercises. Only compound lifts like deads,squats,bench,OHP
 
Best stack for you is an appetite increaser along with diet and vitamins supps. There are several products from board sponsors and some peptides can do this too. Make sure to keep that diet clean.
