ok 7 months later I got an appointment with an endocrinologist. he said, lets do you labs (again!! another hundred out of my HSA) and a sleep study.. (probably gonna beat my HSA up by 800 bucks)
Doing the sleep study tonight.. my labs came back total T is 160, free is 33.4.. hopefully this hassle of doing this all the proper way will pay off... I am hopping since going through insurance it will lower the cost a bit.. but holly fuck it has taken a shit load of time.

so here is what they gave me. testosterone cyp 200 mg/ml 100 mgs every other week. I have read i should get that every week but since i am going though insurance and all i will follow their lead. i have to get a blood text in 3 months to check levels.. hopefully they will bump it up..

100 mgs cyp every other week. Wow, bad dosing and bad injection schedule. You waited and struggled to get this?
Better would be 75mg every 3.5 days. You could go black market for very little money if you don't get any joy from your docs.
Please post where 50 mgs/wk puts you when they test at 3 months, and what day after your last shot. If you wait 14 days the number will be quite low.

I'm on 100mg per week and this is about the lowest effective dose that I have heard of. When I say lowest effective I mean 3.5 days after injection my level is over 1100.
I go back next week for blood work so I can give ya more numbers then but bottom line I think you are gonna need more.
Keep fighting for it. Always remember.....there are docs on this site that will go ahead and start ya put much higher than that. Reason is they have a lot of experience with it and want your levels as high as they can safely be. Best of luck.....keep us posted
