I need help on putting on the mass and strength.
I am 5'9 145 lbs and I have a gym at home that will not give me size or weight .. yes I do get a bit stronger but that is not my only goal here.

If anyone can help me out with anything I would appreciate it ...

I do eat like a horse .. I used to be lighter years ago .. the army got me up to 150ish. I am quite strong for my weight .. but I just cant get the weight and size. I am looking for help with gear .. can anyone help me with that?

We all can... but I dont think you are ready for it.

Take the advice or dont take it...

There are plenty of threads on this board that give example first cycles if you dont like the answer.

Totally missed that you are asking for a source the first time I read your post. Delete that part of your post...asking for sources is not allowed.

how old are u?

most people do not understand what these guys are talking about when they say you need to eat more. its like your fucking job-if you do it right.

if i dont go grocery shopping i will spend like 50 bucks out eating-i am so use to it i literally have to eat every 2.5 hours-and some days i will eat even more. i am constanly thinking about what i am going to eat next-and if i dont eat enough i can tell it hurts my workouts.

you have to be serious about eating or you will not know how much you are taking in. record it for a week-you will be suprised.

what is a good first cycle .. I am just looking for some help. I have done tons of research but I need someone to help me out. I have some questions .. You said I am not ready .. what makes me ready vs. not ready.... what would a good 1st cycle be like you recomended ... and what does one do when working out, eating healthy and a clean and sober lifestyle will not get them the results that they are looking for?

Thanks man!

The best time to start taking AAS is when you have plateaued.(close to your natural peak) At 145 I think you are fare from it...

What are the rest of your stats?
Age?
lifts?

Diet?

I am 33 .. always been real small framed. I was 122 pounds when I joined the army in 1997 and when I got out after one enlistment i was between 145 to 150 on good days. I lost some of that weight after some time. I eat around 3500 calories a day for the last year with high protein and carbs and I have stopped gaining over the last year. I have gotten stronger but I seem to have hit a wall. I am very active with working out and sports and I even quit drinking and smoking on Feb 1.

Just looking for some advice on what to do to get a weight that I want. I would love a target weight of 170 at my height.
thanks guys

Test-e 300mgs/week for 12 weeks. Start Pct 2 weeks after last injection. Split-shot dosage of test 2xs a week. At 33, Ur test levels will or already have declined. At Ur weight I suggest 300mgs due solely upon Ur weight. U kinda light Imo!!

How often do you train? What does your Routine look like? There is many factors here in why you might not be getting bigger.

You can argue with him but you would be wrong!

:axe:

IMO trainin at home is..well lame. ..for me. Walkin in the gym puts me in a mind set..no tv, phone, friends cumin by..
If your really 33 and have really tried naturally..tried hard...I agree w/ Biggin.
300 a week, test, first time out...but only test. No stacking...yet ! If you have sides ,, we ll know why, right ?
Get blood work, for a base line...check levels..After pct.. .check it again.

You obviously don't know how to eat. Taking Steroids isn't the remedy for a poor diet. Steroids are not a crutch.

Eat more food. You obviously are not providing your body with enough calories to gain weight. Without these calories how do you expect to gain muscle with AAS? They are not miracle compounds, diet needs to be in check on AAS or not on AAS.
