You obviously don't know how to eat. Taking Steroids isn't the remedy for a poor diet. Steroids are not a crutch.

Eat more food. You obviously are not providing your body with enough calories to gain weight. Without these calories how do you expect to gain muscle with AAS? They are not miracle compounds, diet needs to be in check on AAS or not on AAS.

Learn to eat. Go to a real gym and get out of the house. Sleep 8-10 hours a night to recover. Get quality protein every 2-3 hours. Also how long have you been seriously training? Im going to say not long as the little home gyms unless you have Ronnie Coleman's set up you out grow very quick.

Agreed. Read some Dave Tate regarding weight gain.

And 3,500 calories a day is not that much. And what about fats? What sort of fat are you consuming?
 
I do eat like a horse .. I used to be lighter years ago .. the army got me up to 150ish. I am quite strong for my weight .. but I just cant get the weight and size. I am looking for help with gear .. can anyone help me with that?

I know guys the fat height as you, very low body fat, and yet they weigh 100 pounds more than you.

Do you think that you eat even close to as much as they do?

You could do a cycle and since you're so small you would likely gain a lot of weight. And then after the cycle, you will eventually loose that weight.

You've got to learn to eat more. Eat big to get big.

Do you have a squat rack at home?
 
I need help on putting on the mass and strength.
I am 5'9 145 lbs and I have a gym at home that will not give me size or weight .. yes I do get a bit stronger but that is not my only goal here.

If anyone can help me out with anything I would appreciate it ...

What kind of home gym are we talking here? If you cant do heavy deads, squats, and bench then you might as well forget about size, gear or no gear.
