5th week mark

I'm one week ahead of you on my 500mgs/week Test E only cycle, started my 6th week this past Monday. I started to notice it creeping in a little on my 4th week. 5th week it pick up a lot more. Now, on my 6th week, it's getting intense! I'm like a raging bull in the gym.

Nice, I am on 400/mg a week easier since my gear is 400/ml so .5 cc mon .5 fri....so you think I am good and just wait it out??....also what was your weight gain?

Well the shows coming up in june so I may have picked a bad time to run my cycle o well....I want to put on as much size as I can on this cycle basically....I am at 180 right now, so if I could reach 190-195 that would be great....
 
Ok, contest prep is hard to explain in one or two posts. Maybe go do a search for contest prep, I thibk there is even a forum for it on here..
 
Idk what kind of gear you guys got, but by the 6th week I was hitting my max in bench of 325 for 3. And my max on squat of 445 for a double. I'm up 20 lbs too.

This Friday ill be starting week 8.

Ive got a IFBB pro helping me so thats not a problem...I am just trying to gain off of of this cycle and not let it be a waste...so if I bump protein to about 300 carbs to about 300 and fats about how much?

Lol if you have an ifbb pro doing your prep why are you asking these questions...I hope your not paying him cause it doesnt seem likes he's doing much coaching

I saw an increase in weight in about week 4. But I saw your diet bro, I'm know you're trying to get ready for a comp, but I'm taking in 325g complex carbs a day. Carbs are what feeds our muscles and allows them to grow. I also up the calories about 75/100 every week.
